Varanasi (Non-Aspirational district):

1. Field demonstrations and other activities will, by and large, be same as indicated for Ghazipur district. Changes in crops and other supporting activities could be chosen depending on the need assessment of the farmers.
2. Other activities will be similar to those mentioned for Ghazipur and Chandauli districts. Depending on the need assessment of farmers it will be decided.

3. Training:

(i) Seed production (hybrids in cereals and vegetables).
(ii) Seedlings production through tissue culture technique.
(iii) Fish seed hatchery
(iv) Low cost green house technology.
(v) Bee keeping.
(vi) Mushroom production.

वाराणसी (गैर-आकांक्षी जिला):

1) क्षेत्रप्रदर्शन और अन्यगतिविधियां कुल मिलाकरगाजीपुर जिले केसमानहोंगी। किसानों के अपेक्षित आकलन के आधार पर फसलोंऔर अन्य सहायक गतिविधियों में परिवर्तन को चुना जा सकता है ।
2) अन्य गतिविधियां गाजीपुर और चंदौली जिलों के लिए बताए गए लोगों के समान होंगी। किसानों के जरूरत के आकलनके आधार पर यह तय किया जाएगा।

3) प्रशिक्षण:

I. बीजउत्पादन (संकर अनाज औरसब्जियां) ।
II. टिश्यू कल्चर तकनीक के जरिए सीडलिंग का उत्पादन।
III. मछलियो की बीजहैचरी।
