19. Dr. Anand Kumar Singh,

Currently Deputy Director General, Horticultural Science, (Additional Charge of DDG Crop Science 2017 through 2020), 2017 to date is graduate from BHU, M. Sc. and Ph. D. in horticulture from IARI, New Delhi. Worked on Citrus improvement during Post-Doctoral studies at Saga National University, Japan and University of California, USA. He currently leads one of the most vibrant Divisions of ICAR, Horticulture, with twenty-three multi- commodity Institutions throughout the country addressing to the needs of the respective regions.
